What is mediation?
Mediation is the means to settle disputes between parties by an independent "neutral" third party. AND IT IS CONFIDENTIAL. It gives the parties the opportunity to be involved in the outcome in resolving the dispute between the parties. Here, divorces. It saves spouses the time, money and emotional costs of extended court proceedings.
